Former ministers Nagy Zsolt an Tudor Chiuariu were indicted in the Romanian National Post file accused of abuse of service contrary to public interest with very serious consequences, anti graft prosecutors announced in the press release.
The prejudice in the file is evaluated at over 8.6 million euro. In the same file were indicted Dan Mihai Toader, President of the Board and General Director of the National Post Company for abuse in service contrary to public interests.
Nagy Zsolt as minister of Communications initiated and approved a governmental project that removed from the state's property a building to a private company, SC IMOPOST DEVELOPMENT SA. The initiative was also approved by then Justice minister Tudor Chiuariu who ignored the advice of his subordinates at the time.
