PDL Constanta Senator, Mircea Banias declared on Monday that he is living an absurd story through his involvement, by anti graft prosecutors in the fiscal evasion file at UCM Resita. Banias declared tht he just found out that anti graft prosecutors indicted him for favoring the fellon in the illegat VAT returns of some commercial transactions at UCM Resita.
He declared that he has never seen or heard about Said Baaklini, the owner of the company investigated. He said he has no idea how his name was associated to the file. Senator Banias, president of the PDL organization in Constanta, South East Romania was indicted on Monday by antigraft prosecutors. Banias is accused of favoring the fellon in a fiscal evasion case of 60 million euro at the Resita factory.
