Competition Council fined Asesoft Distribution company, a company activating in the IT sector by about 775. 000 euro for implementing economic concentration through taking over IT products from Flamingo International before it obtained the authorization of the competition council, a press release reads.
As the council finished the 2009 investigation, the investigation revealed that Asesoft Distribution took over the distribution of IT products of Flamingo International before the move was approved by the competition council.
