Registration of new companies will take three days from the time the requests are submitted, a draft law promoted on Wednesday by the government reads. All attributions related to the registration of new companies will be taken over by a new category of public servants.

According to the draft law company mangers will not be compelled to take all documents requested so far to the Register of Commerce but they will be able to use their electronic signature for it. The draft law will be submitted to the Parliament for debate.
