Union leader Marius Petcu, accused of bribe taking will be released under judiciary control following the decision of the Bucharest Appellate Court that allowed the request of Petcu’s lawyers, news agency Mediafax reads. Marius Petcu was temporary arrested on March 31 being accused of bribe taking.

According to prosecutors, in 2009-2010 Marius Petcu as President of Sanitas Federation received from businessman Scrieriu based on a previous agreement, several sums of money to attribute contracts to the businessman’s company.
