Two Liberal deputies, close allies of recently expelled Mona Musca, lost the Liberal Party’s support within the House of Deputies. On Monday, Raluca Turcan and Cristian Boureanu were taken away the presidency of the Cultural Commission and the vice-presidency of the Industries Commission, respectively.

The two young liberals had various disagreements with the party’s leadership and Boureanu was suspended for one year from the party’s functions, at the prime minister, the PNL leader’s proposal.
