RiversideTower is a real estate project focused on an impressing A-class office building, to be lifted by the Iliotomi Group in downtown Bucharest, on the Dambovita river side. The construction works at the 15-storey building are due to conclude by the end of 2007.
The Iliotomi Group envisaged the project with an area of 12,400 mp, out of which 8,500 mp to let, and 66 parking lots on two storeys. The ground floor will host banks, coffee shops and stores.
The construction works will start in April this year and will last for 20 months.
