Romanian car maker Dacia unveiled its new Dacia Logan Break model at the Genera Auto Salon on Tuesday. The car will be put on sale in Romania in october this year and will sell in 5- and 7-seat models.

As the launch will occur in October, Dacia would not hope to sell more than several thousand Logan Break cars before the end of the year.

Dacia Logan now sells on 38 markets internationally. The producer hopes to expand its international presence to 40 foreign markets by the end of the year.

In Romania, data provided by the Association of Car Producers and Importers (APIA) show break models accounted for only 2.5% of the total sales in 2005, with little over 5700 cars sold.
