The bilateral agreement between the Romanian government and its Swiss counterpart, for the nonrefundable financing worth 181 million Swiss Francs will be signed on Tuesday, September 7 at Berna, Finances Ministry state secretary Alexandru Nazare declared for EurActiv.ro/HotNews.ro. Funds are destined for local authorities, for infrastructure, social or environment projects or for NGOs to consolidate the civil society Nazare told journalists.

After the bilateral agreement will be signed, authorities will set the implementation rules. He declared that first stage of the funds will target projects that prepare Romania for the Schengen space.

The contribution of beneficiaries will be of 15% for public administration, 10% for NGOs and 35-40% for private companies.
