Greece's central bank governor Georgious Provopoulos has declared that Greek banks should consider the risks of offering credits to Eastern European countries like Serbia, Ukraine, Bulgaria and Romania, news agency Focus informs. The governor advised banks to consider the risks of such a decision.

Provopoulos said that credit institutions would not only have to face the risk of the credits but also the risks of the exchange rates should economic conditions in these countries get worse.
