Moldovan Interim President Mihai Ghimpu announced on Tuesday that he will dissolve the Parliament next week and confirmed that early elections will take place on November 28, Romanian news agency Mediafax informs quoting PRO TV Chisinau.
Ghimpu said that the Parliament will be dissolve most probably next week and early elections will be organized on November 28 which means that the electoral campaign should start next week, two months before.
The Constitutional Court discovered on Tuesday that there are conditions that justify the need to dissolve the Parliament which justifies why the Moldovan Interim President is compelled to dissolve the Parliament.
