The report of the Parliament's judicial commission in the file against former minister Codrut Seres concludes that the investigation should also involve all those involved in the case as former Bucharest mayor Adriean Videanu or current Democrat Liberal leader Theodor Stolojan and other state secretaries in the Economy, Justice, Transports and Communication ministries.

Theodor Stolojan declared for HotNews.ro that he was not afraid to answer any questions, regardless of those who ask them. At his turn, Videanu declared that his only connection in the case is that he's paying his energy bill each month. In the Electrica Muntenia case, former minister Seres is accused of economic espionage against state interests.

The Parliament's judicial commission, however, did not declare why the investigation should be expanded to other politicians and how are they are involved in the case. The Senate met today in an extraordinary session due to last until Thursday to decide whether or not to approve the investigations requested by anti-graft prosecutors against former minister Codrut Seres and current Labor minister Paul Pacuraru should continue.
