Romanian baccalaureate, university, masters and PhD diplomas will be acknowledged by the Cypriot Education ministry after an agreement between the two institutions, Romanian news agency Mediafax informs. Romanian Education minister Ecaterina Andronescu and her counterpart, Andrea Demetriou signed, on Friday an agreement in this sense.

Andronescu declared that the agreement represents a general collaboration framework in the education and research sector. She added that all diplomas will be officially acknowledged by the two countries. The agreement was signed on Friday, within the UNESCO reunion, organized in Bucharest.
